By using this website or purchasing from The Doro Dojo, you confirm that:

3. Products & Services

We offer custom and non-custom items including, but not limited to:

  • Laser engraved products

  • 3D printed items

  • Personalized and made-to-order goods

  • On-site or event-based engraving services

Due to the custom nature of our work:

  • Minor variations in color, size, texture, engraving depth, or finish may occur

  • These variations are normal and not considered defects

4. Custom Orders & Design Approval

For custom products:

  • Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving design proofs, mockups, or written descriptions before production

  • Once approved, we are not responsible for errors in spelling, layout, or design choices

  • Custom orders may be final and non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing

5. Materials & Product Limitations

Our products may be made from materials such as wood, leather, acrylic, metal, resin, or plastics. Each material has inherent characteristics and limitations, including:

  • Natural grain and color variation

  • Sensitivity to heat, moisture, or UV exposure

  • Potential sharp edges or small components

Unless explicitly stated:

  • Products are not toys

  • Products are not food-safe

  • Products are not medical-grade

6. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated and are subject to change without notice.

Payment is required before production or service begins. Payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers. We do not store full payment information.

7. Shipping, Delivery & Events

Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers

  • Weather conditions

  • Incorrect addresses provided by the customer

For live or event-based engraving services:

  • The customer is responsible for providing appropriate access, space, power, and permissions

  • We reserve the right to refuse service if conditions are unsafe or unsuitable

8. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Because many products are custom-made:

  • Custom or personalized items may not be eligible for return or refund

  • Non-custom items may be eligible for return within 30 days  if unused and in original condition

Refunds or replacements for damaged or defective items must be requested within 30 days of delivery with supporting photos.

9. Intellectual Property & Customer Content

All website content, designs, photos, and branding created by The Doro Dojo are protected by intellectual property laws and may not be used without permission.

Customers represent and warrant that any text, images, logos, or designs they provide:

  • Are owned by them or properly licensed

  • Do not infringe on third-party rights

We are not responsible for verifying ownership or permissions of customer-provided content.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Doro Dojo shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from:

  • Use or misuse of our products

  • Reliance on information on this website

  • Custom design choices approved by the customer

  • Delays, defects, or incompatibility with third-party items

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Doro Dojo from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

  • Your misuse of our products

  • Your violation of these Terms & Conditions

  • Content or designs you provide for customization
