Thank you for shopping with The Doro Dojo. Please review our shipping policy and where we ship our products.

1. Shipping Locations

At this time, we ship only within the Continental United States (lower 48 states).

We do not ship to:

  • Alaska

  • Hawaii

  • U.S. territories

  • International destinations

Orders placed with shipping addresses outside the Continental United States may be canceled and refunded at our discretion.

2. Processing Time

Most products are custom-made or made to order. Processing times vary depending on:

  • Product type

  • Level of customization

  • Order volume

Estimated processing times will be provided at checkout or communicated via email. Processing time does not include shipping transit time.

3. Shipping Methods & Carriers

We ship using trusted third-party carriers such as:

  • USPS

  • UPS

  • FedEx

Shipping method selection and costs are displayed at checkout.

Carrier selection may vary based on package size, weight, destination, and service availability.

4. Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Package size and weight

  • Shipping destination

  • Selected shipping method

All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated.

5. Delivery Estimates

Delivery time estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers

  • Weather conditions

  • Natural disasters

  • Service disruptions

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer

6. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.

7. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping addresses.

We are not responsible for:

  • Delays or non-delivery due to incorrect addresses

  • Packages marked as delivered by the carrier but not received

Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment if an address is incorrect.

8. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost:

  • Contact us within 3 days of delivery or expected delivery

  • Include photos of the damaged packaging and product, if applicable

We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue, but replacement or refund is not guaranteed until a carrier claim is completed.

9. Shipping for Events & On-Site Services

For live or event-based engraving services:​

  • Event-specific delivery and setup details will be agreed upon in writing

10. Changes to This Shipping Policy

We reserve the right to update this Shipping Policy at any time.
