6. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when available.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.
7. Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping addresses.
We are not responsible for:

Delays or non-delivery due to incorrect addresses

Packages marked as delivered by the carrier but not received
Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment if an address is incorrect.
8. Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost:

Include photos of the damaged packaging and product, if applicable
We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue, but replacement or refund is not guaranteed until a carrier claim is completed.
9. Shipping for Events & On-Site Services
For live or event-based engraving services:

Event-specific delivery and setup details will be agreed upon in writing
