Returns & Exchanges
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery for eligible items.
To be eligible for a return or exchange:

The item must be unused and in its original condition

The item must be returned in its original packaging, when applicable
Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs, unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Condition of Returned Items
If a returned item is not in its original condition, including signs of use, damage, or alteration, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value, which may be deducted from the refund amount or result in denial of the return.
Custom & Personalized Items
Due to the custom nature of many of our products:

Custom or personalized items are not eligible for return or exchange, unless they arrive damaged or defective

Design approvals are the responsibility of the buyer prior to production
Refunds
Once a return is received and inspected:

Damaged or Defective Items
